Seasoned PHP girls filled the Exist TechBar last 08 Sept. 2012 to take part in the first DevCon Girl Camp Series titled "Rapid Prototyping in PHP for Internet Platforms and APIs" in partnership with Openovate Labs.

Developers Connect Philippines (DevCon), this year alone, has reached more than 5,000 IT enthusiasts ranging from IT professionals to educators and students.

Ever wonder why September seems to always be a very busy month? In the case of DevCon, we really have our hands full. With campus DevCons nationwide and being a community partner in a couple of events, not to mention the recently concluded Game Development Camp, September has already been a fulfilling month for us -- and there's still one more week ahead!

The DevCon Game Development Camp, our free code camp in partnership with the International Game Developers Association – Manila Chapter (IGDA Manila), was held last 02-03 September 2011 at the TechBar in i1 Bldg, Asiatown IT Park, Cebu City.

The DevCon Mobile Camp held last 20 August 2011 at the O&B office was attended by 55 mobile development enthusiasts. The slots were limited despite the overwhelming response we got from 150+ online registrants. One of them, Abel from Central Mindanao University, even bought a plane ticket just to be able to join this bootcamp!

The DevCon Project Management Camp was held at Cups & Lowercase, Bistro Rosario Complex, F. Torres St, Davao City last 21 July 2011. More than 170 showed up when we initially aimed for 50 participants only!

The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) gracefully hosted our first ever DevCon Java Camp held at the Santa Maria III Ballroom in Radisson Blu Hotel, Cebu City last 10 June 2011 as part of the Cebu Business Month 2011: Business Beyond Boundaries.The program was emceed by Dr. Gregg Victor Gabison, DevCon Foundation founding member and University of San Jose – Recoletos (USJ-R) CICCT Dean.
