Winston Damarillo
Chairman

Winston Damarillo is the Chairman and co-founder of Exist Global, Inc. Since its inception in 2001, Exist has maintained profitable operations while growing at over 100 percent annually. A proven serial entrepreneur with a track record of building successful technology start ups, Winston is also the founder of Gluecode Software, an open source application infrastructure company that he grew to profitability before securing Series A funding and subsequently selling to IBM. Winston is also the Managing Partner and co-founder of Simula Labs.

Prior to his roles at Gluecode and Exist, Winston was among the highest performing venture capital professionals at Intel Corporation, helping lead the majority of his investments to either a successful IPO or a profitable corporate acquisition. Winston’s Intel career also included leadership roles in managing strategic software relationships, channel development, product engineering and new business development. He began his career in technology in 1992 with Apex Technologies, a pioneer in electronic medical claims processing solutions.

Winston received his B.S. in Industrial Management Engineering from De La Salle University, in Manila.

Eric Manlunas
Director

Eric joined the Exist Global Board of Directors in November of 2006. Additionally, Eric is the Managing Director of Frontera Group, LLC, a boutique venture capital firm focused on investing in early to mid-stage emerging companies. Previously, he was also a principal of an LA-based value hedge fund up until mid-2006. Eric is an experienced entrepreneur turned private investor/venture capitalist with a strong passion for early-stage investing. Prior to Frontera, Eric was the founding Chairman and CEO of Sitestar; a publicly traded technology investment company focused on the consolidation of independent and privately owned Internet service providers in the rural markets of the mid-Atlantic region of the US. During his tenure, Sitestar completed seven acquisitions and became one of the largest independent ISPs in the region. Prior to Sitestar, Eric was an associate of Arthur Andersen's retail management consulting division from 1991-1995.

Eric earned an M.B.A from Pepperdine University and a B.S. in Communications from Florida International University. He is and was previously a member of the Board of Directors of Mobile Content Networks, Small World Kids, Brentwood Media Group, Sitestar, Sierra Madre Foods, Menu Direct and Xcel Healthcare.

Steve Nathan
Director

Steve is a past CEO of Exist Global, and has been a board member since early 2007. He is currently CEO at Parity Computing, a San Diego based data analytics company focused on applications in science, technology, and medicine. Steve's 20+ years of leadership experience in the enterprise software and application development industries also includes key positions at recognized technology innovators such as Sun Microsystems and Cray Research, as well as start-ups such as Celerity Computing and Alignent Software.

Steve holds BS degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Psychology from the University of California at Riverside, and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive MBA program.
