SENIOR RUBY ON RAILS DEVELOPERS | RUBY DEVELOPERS (Manila and Cebu)
We are seeking talented and experienced Ruby on Rails application developers.
We're looking for Ruby on Rails developers who can inject leadership into the development team and take command of challenging application development and design problems. You must be passionate about quality, performance, and user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team
- Software design and architecture
- Conducting Test-Driven Development
- Development based on Rails framework standards
- Development using HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript/CoffeeScript and Ajax
- Development on Unix/Linux/Windows environments
- Development with Rspec and Cucumber
- Development using Capsitrano/Puppet/Chef as deployment tools
- Work on relational databases and Big Data technologies such as MongoDB, CouchDB, Redis
Skills / Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or any related IT course
- At least 4 years work experience in employing Ruby-on-Rails framework and with web application exposure (from conceptualization to deployment of the project)
- Strong analysis and information design skills using cutting-edge tools
- Detailed and results-oriented
- Flexible and can fully adapt to a fast-paced environment
- With excellent organizational, time-management and customer relation skills
